Comic, actor, Emmy Award winner, writer, and recreation present host Louie Anderson died this morning resulting from problems from blood most cancers after being hospitalized in Las Vegas earlier this week for therapies. He was 68 years previous.

Anderson, born in St. Paul, MN, made his community comedy debut in 1984 on The Tonight Present. Within the years since, he went on to have roles in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Coming to America (and later Coming 2 America this previous spring), The Improper Guys, The Jim Henson Hour, Life with Louie (which earned him two Daytime Emmy Awards), Search Get together and lots of extra.
