INSPIRAL CARPETS have introduced The Full Singles, a model new album compiling all the Manchester band’s 24 singles thus far. The album will probably be accessible on double vinyl, and as a 3CD set with an unique remix bonus disc through Mute / BMG on 17 March 2023.

The Full Singles coincides with the beginning of a serious UK tour. Kicking off in Northampton in March, the tour consists of festivals and performances at Manchester’s Albert Corridor and London’s Shepherds Bush Empire – full particulars beneath.

The Full Singles sees all the band’s singles remastered and accessible on one album for the primary time. From 1988’s ‘Preserve The Circle Round’ to their newest single, 2015’s ‘Let You Down’ that includes the unmistakable tones of John Cooper Clarke, the album will probably be accessible on double heavyweight ‘midnight licorice’ black vinyl and as a 3CD set with an unique remix bonus disc that collates basic, uncommon and unreleased remixes from throughout their profession alongside two new unreleased mixes, from The Go! Crew and Martyn Walsh & Simon Lyon.

Inspiral Carpets launched the mainstream to Madchester with among the biggest pop anthems of the time and their unparalleled run of joyous singles noticed them take their place in a Holy Triumvirate of Manchester bands (alongside the Stone Roses and Blissful Mondays). This unimaginable run of singles spans many years and takes in ‘Joe’ ‘This Is How It Feels’, ‘Two World’s Collide’, ‘Transfer’, Saturn 5’, ‘I Need You’ (that includes Mark E Smith) and newer singles ‘Spitfire’ and ‘Let You Down’.
