Following the announcement of their new album and 2023/2024 world tour, Blink-182 have launched the one “Edging.” The monitor is the band’s first with founding member Tom DeLonge since their 2012 EP, Canine Consuming Canine. DeLonge joins singer/bassist Mark Hoppus and drummer Travis Barker.
“I wished to think about as a listener what I wished to expertise and similtaneously a band member what we wished to make and say and most significantly how it will sound manufacturing smart in 2022,” Barker — who produced the track — stated in an announcement.

Kicking off with flanging drums, “Edging” begins with a verse from DeLonge — the proper method to have fun his return to the ’90s and ’00s pop-rock icons. “Get the rope! Get the rope!” he and Hoppus shout backwards and forwards. “There’s a particular place in hell/ That my pals and I do know nicely,” Hoppus presents on the bridge.
Their upcoming album (nonetheless unnamed as of at the moment) will embody “Edging” and is on the market for pre-order in quite a lot of limited-color vinyl pressings.
Along with their world tour, the band can even play on the 2023 When We Have been Younger Competition in Las Vegas, NV, in addition to Lollapalooza Argentina, Lollapalooza Brazil, Lollapalooza Chile and Estéreo Picnic.
